Shutters: thumbs up or down?

We're thinking of eating at Shutters on our next Disney World trip. Can any experienced shutter-ers give us feedback?

We stayed at CBR in November 2009 and really enjoyed our meal at Shutters.
We had the Char Crusted Steak - it was easily one of the best steaks, and meals that
we had on our whole trip....
We all had the steak, so we cannot comment on other meals.
